Show entrepreneur Jade Evans has a long family association with agricultural shows.
Her grandfather ran travelling tent shows including touring the country with Slim Dusty and other Australian music legends in the 60s and 70s.
Jade Evans family runs food outlets, rides and games at every Sydney Royal Easter Show. The Evans clan are responsible for culinary favourite the waffle-dog and a year later the cake on the stick, taste testing the new Easter Show culinary creations on her six children.
