Frank Theodore is a living legend at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Having spent many decades delivering some of the highest quality seafood in the country, Frank is the definition of an expert in his field. During an interview with him today, Em and Nathan found out that he is in fact a title holder for Fastest Peeled Prawn, undressing a total of 18 prawns in under a minute! The prawns he offers down at the GetFish display are award winning…Em and Nath can definitely vouch for that. The Breakfast of Champions!

Frank also shared his expertise on how to shuck an oyster and recommends that the most satisfying slurp comes from a lemon-less mollusc – nothing beats natural! He taught them about the difference between Sydney Rock and Pacific oysters and explained how he keeps them perfectly fresh in dark, temperature controlled rooms.
