The team at Show Radio collated a vast array of conversations and interviews at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
Tom Denham found the opportunity to speak with volunteer David from the Beekeeping Volunteers Association of New South Wales.
He found out that the association were present at this year’s show to promote “the art of beekeeping” as well as the safety and guidelines for existing beehive owners.
The most eye-catching element of their stand in the Arts & Craft Pavilion was a glass encased display of around a thousand bees (give or take).
In the duration of the interview, many onlookers observed the insects in action in their display hive.
See if you can spot the queen bee (the one with the yellow dot)!
