For the everyday burrito fan, we expect spices, salsa and definitely something savoury when we bite down into a wrapped delight. But looking to change all of that is award winning fairy floss company Fluffy Crunch! From fillings of sweet vanilla ice cream to toppings of crunchy froot loop cereal I definitely got more than what I expected when I tried one for myself.
Since 2016, Fluffy Crunch founders Paola and Michael Karamallis have been bringing clouds of joy to sweet tooths around Australia. My first interaction with them was definitely seeing the introduction of their folded fluffy treat, the flurrito, at the 2018 Sydney Royal Easter Show. The flurrito begins with your choice of fairy floss with over 25 gourmet flavours to choose from, which is then wrapped around ice cream and topped with sprinkles and froot loops!
My team this year were super interested to see what this snack was all about! What we didn’t expect however was being able to try the treat early into the morning. The sweet fruity crunch definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and for any showgoers looking to cure that sweet craving, look no further!
